Songs from “American Idol” winners and finalists are to be released on a 10th anniversary compilation album.

“American Idol 10th Anniversary – The Hits” features songs from Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, Daughtry, Adam Lambert, Fantasia and David Cook. It will be released on March 15.

“Since U Been Gone” by Clarkson, “Before He Cheats” from Underwood, and Daughtry’s “Home” are just some of the featured tracks on the disc. In addition, Jordin Sparks’ duet with Chris Brown “No Air,” Cook’s “Light On” and Fantasia’s “When I See U” will also be included.

Clarkson, Underwood and Daughtry are the three most successful Idols, with Clarkson and Underwood selling a combined 22 million albums.

“American Idol” is currently in its 10th season, with new judges Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez joining Randy Jackson behind the desk.

Carrie Underwood will be one of five women honored during Girls’ Night Out: Superstar Women of Country, an upcoming CBS television special.

Carrie will be recognized for being the only female artist to win the Academy of Country Music’s Entertainer of the Year twice. She’s the current holder of the title.

Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride, Reba McEntire and Sugarland’s Jennifer Nettles will also be honored during the show.

Tickets for the Girls’ Night Out: Superstar Women of Country taping, set for April 4 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, are available via Ticketmaster and priced at $200, $150 and $100. Additional honorees and participating talent announcements are forthcoming, and ticket proceeds will go to ACM Lifting Lives.

The show will air at a later date on CBS.

Carrie Underwood will sing the national anthem at Country Radio Seminar on March 2 in Nashville. Her performance will officially open the private event for the country radio industry. It will be her first time to perform the national anthem at CRS. Presented by Country Radio Broadcasters Inc., the seminar will take place in downtown Nashville from March 2-4. As previously announced, Blake Shelton will headline the CRS Music City Jam that night. His performance is sponsored by the Academy of Country Music.

Rumors are flying on the internet that country star Carrie Underwood and her husband Mike Fisher are expecting a baby. Carrie and Mike can thank Star Magazine, for starting said rumor.

The happy couple have talked about starting a family but Carrie has said that she wants to enjoy some time being a wife and not a mother. Gossip Cop debunked the rumors, saying that Underwood’s rep said the rumors were “not true.”

It’s been a Hollywood baby boom so it’s no wonder people fell for the Underwood/Fisher baby. When the time comes, surely Carrie will make an official annoucement and the public will know soon enough!
