Carrie Underwood hits the stage at NBC studios for a performance on the Today show on Wednesday (August 15) in New York City.
The 29-year-old singer, in an alice + olivia top, 7 For All Mankind shorts, and Brian Atwood shoes, performed her hit song “Good Girl” to the packed crowd!
“Who woke up at 2:30 this morning? I did, that’s who! It’s all worth it for the @todayshow!” Carrietweeted early in the morning. “Had so much fun on the @todayshow! Thanks to all who came out! You guys were awesome!” she added afterwards.

Also in the news, Noel Gallagher has announced UK tour dates and Noel Gallagher tickets are now on sale. He has gone solo, forming his own band called The High Flying Birds. He was previously a member of the group Oasis with Liam Gallagher.
He will have UK concerts on September 4th, 6th and 7th in Bournemouth, Liverpool, and London. He'll go on to Cardiff and Nottingham in the UK. There's also a conert on September 2nd in Jersey, UK. In October, he'll have various concerts across Europe, the US and Canada.

“What an incredible night! Thank you all for being so wonderful at the @RoyalAlbertHall! I can’t wait to come back!” the 29-year-old country star tweeted after performing her first show in the UK.
Carrie recently chatted with the Associated Press about the backlash she’s received since publicly voicing support for gay marriage.
“I was asked a difficult question in the last five minutes of an interview and I answered it the best way I knew how, and after that I do what I do and I love making music and I generally try to stay out of any kind of controversy,” she shared.
“The role-model word is really scary to me, because no matter what happens in your life, something you do, wear, say, sing, whatever – somebody somewhere is probably not going to like it too well,” Carrie added. “I just really try hard to do what I do and try to be nice to people and make great music and if people think they can look up to that, that’s wonderful. If not, that’s OK too.”
